Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

AuSome Pals ("we" or "us") runs www.ausomepals.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Orders: your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payments are handled by secure payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.

Birthday Club: a parent or guardian's name and email, a child's first name and birthday (month and day only), and, only if you choose, a mailing address for a postcard.

Messages and newsletter: your name, email and anything you choose to tell us.

Website data: basic information such as pages visited and device type, collected automatically by our website platform (Wix) using cookies.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our products are made for children, but this website is meant for parents, guardians and educators. The Birthday Club must be filled out by a parent or guardian. We only ask for a child's first name and birthday (no birth year), and we use it only to send a birthday greeting. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

To fill and ship orders and send order updates; to send Birthday Club greetings and postcards; to send AuSome Pals news, new printables and event invitations, but only if you choose to receive them; and to answer your questions and improve our website. We never sell or rent your information.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Only the service providers that help us run AuSome Pals, such as Wix (our website and store), payment processors, and shipping and mail services, and only as needed to provide their service. We may also share information if the law requires it.

YOUR CHOICES

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to update or delete your information or your child's information, including leaving the Birthday Club, by emailing info@ausomepals.com.

HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION

Our website is hosted on Wix, which uses industry-standard security. We keep Birthday Club information only while you are a member of the club.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
