PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We sell a printed children's book and digital printables. We work to describe our products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, change prices or limit quantities at any time, and we may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or priced incorrectly.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through our website platform's checkout. We do not see or store your full card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. In short: books are final sale unless they arrive damaged (report within 7 days of delivery), and digital printables are final sale.

USING OUR PRINTABLES

When you buy or download a printable, you may print and use it for your own family, classroom or therapy setting. You may not resell, share, post, or distribute the files, or claim them as your own.

EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY

AuSome Pals books and printables are intended for educational use and general skill-building. They are not a substitute for individualized assessment, therapy, or medical advice and do not guarantee specific outcomes. AuSome Pals does not offer clinical services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including the AuSome Pals name and logo, Kali and her characters, illustrations, text, books and printables, belongs to AuSome Pals or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission, except as allowed above.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent allowed by law, AuSome Pals is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
